About us Karen Thomlinson qualified as a driving instructor in 1997 and has worked as a full time instructor in Carlisle ever since, firstly working for Carlisle School of Motoring for 3 years and then Amber Driving school for the next 13 years, helping hundreds of people to pass their test. Now working as an independent driving instructor, Karen offers driving lessons in Carlisle and all surrounding areas. In addition to the DVSA qualification, Karen also holds an NVQ and diploma in driving instruction and is experienced in modern methods of teaching. Why choose us?
