Hi. I'm Paul Harling; a fully qualified DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI). Prior to being a Driving Instructor, I enjoyed 15 years as a Secondary School teacher. I therefore also have a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education. So, having spent decades helping to achieve success for others, driving instructing just seemed like a natural progression to me. And here I am now, still doing a job that I love. There is nothing better than watching someone pass their driving test. I am trained in the latest adult coaching/training techniques so you can be assured the training I give will be of the highest standard. I appreciate that everybody is different and I allow for flexibility in lessons so that you learn to drive safely at a rate that suits you. I aim to make every lesson enjoyable and as productive as possible. Lessons are always conducted in a calm, friendly and relaxed manner as I firmly believe in making pupils feel at ease during lessons.
