My aim as a Personal Trainer is to help you become the best version of yourself through creating an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every workout. I believe fitness should be fun and something we all look forward to. My approach to training will help you to achieve your goals in a realistic time and through enjoyable training methods.

Andy Goddard is a highly qualified and passionate personal trainer with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. Based on a foundation of academic knowledge—including a degree in Sports Science and a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning—Andy specialises in designing tailored fitness programmes for a wide range of individuals, from beginners to elite athletes.

With a balanced approach to health, Andy supports long-term transformation by helping clients integrate exercise into their everyday lives without giving up the things they love. Whether you’re training in a gym, at home, or outdoors, he offers expert guidance and consistent motivation.

Additional Info

I have access to a number of Gyms, if this is your preferred way of training with equipment including dumbbells, barbells, cable machines, resistance machines and cardio machines. Alternatively I can come to your home, or I have designed programmes and exercises that can be performed just as effectively outdoors. If training from home I have a large range of equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, battle ropes, gloves and pads, medicine ball and swiss ball
