Hi, I’m Jill. I am a fitness and lifestyle coach. 30 years in the music profession as a high-level performer and educator had taken its toll on my life. I felt tired, stressed, de-motivated and unable to prioritise my family or manage the work/life balance anymore. I needed to make a change. I want to share my passion for fitness with other ladies and help them to live their best lives ever. Through exercise and nutritional guidance I help women regain their health and fitness and feel more confident in a way that maximises their time and effort.
