Ben Brand has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, transforming lives and his client’s physiques and well-being. Ben has spent his entire career studying and working with the very best in order to have the cutting-edge knowledge in health and fitness. Ben is an expert in reshaping physiques, rehabilitation from injuries and body transformations. He has trained the likes of London Irish RFC, England Cricket, NFL training house, and studied with Mike Boyle, Pavel Tsatsouline’s RKC Kettlebell accreditation, Charles Poliquin’s Biosignature and PICP and many more. He has been the trainer of world class athletes, worked with the Special Forces, explorers including Capt. Lou Rudd, and Wendy Searle (attempting to be the fastest woman to traverse the Antartic), and also previously been the trainer for Ant Middleton of Channel 4’s Who Dares Wins. Ben is also the co-founder of a ground breaking accredited spinal rehabilitation program alongside consultant spinal neurosurgeon Mr. John Sutcliffe, and of Quoox, Gym management Software. Ben has a holistic approach to training in terms of nutrition, rehabilitation and physical training which is designed to be effective of people of all ages and all levels of fitness.

We have a fully equipped personal training centre where we offer one to one or group sessions. Just come prepared to work out!
