Apple Driving School was founded in 2010. Heather and Karen met whilst training and after spending some time with other driving schools, decided to start their own. Karen started in Portsmouth and moved to Salisbury in early 2011. Her easy going but thorough approach keeps her pupils learning in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Heather started out working in Salisbury and quickly built her reputation as a patient and fun instructor. Heather is now based in Bristol covering quite a small area but is extremely busy and teaches in a fully automatic new generation Nissan Juke. Balbir joined the team in May 2013 and brings 20 years of experience with her. Balbir teachers automatic lessons and teachers in various languages. Balbir drives a Mercedes A Class. Phillip is the newest member to the team and has already got some excellent feed back. He has a calming way about him (a chip off the old block as Phil is Heather’s son) and I’m sure that the degree that he obtained from Cardiff university in philosophy has helped him with his career as a driving instructor. Phil drives a BMW Series 1.
