FC Elite Academy, based in Kingstanding and Erdington (Birmingham), is a grassroots club endorsed by Birmingham County FA as Charter Standard, offering structured academy football for players in school years 2–11 (U7–U16). They run Saturday morning 90‑minute training sessions and Sunday league matches across age-appropriate formats (from 5‑aside to 11‑aside), competing in the Central Warwickshire Youth League, with the first session free for newcomers. As well as skill development on the pitch, they emphasize character building—mentoring future coaches, volunteering, and community engagement—and are supported by FA‑qualified staff and local volunteers, making it a well-established, community-driven football pathway.
