The aim is to help you transform your body through sustainable and long term habits to achieve the lean, toned physique you're striving for.

Hi my name is Lee, I'm a fat loss specialist. I served 6 years in the army where I conducted boot runs, weighted runs, circuits, and deployed out on the front line to Afghanistan Op Herrick 11 in 2009. I did two years of classified work for the MOD after the army whilst simultaneously managing clients I had online for personal training. I then spent 5 years in as an in gym personal trainer and now work fully online as a fat loss expert with over 100 body transformations.

    I’ve known Lee for over 15 years, but only recently started working out with his support as my dedicated Personal Trainer. He’s clearly super knowledgeable on all things fitness, nutrition, etc but more importantly his outlook is unique and refreshing. His approach to the whole process makes him great to work with.
