I offer one-to-one training sessions in my private studio or will come to your home or local outdoor area. I provide all necessary equipment including fitness testing apparatus, body analysis/measuring devices, kettlebells ranging from 8kg – 48kg, dumbbells ranging from 5kg – 41kg, TRX, suspension training, ab wheel, body bars, chains, grip ropes, skipping ropes, ladders/cones/markers, medicine balls, plyo boxes, power hammers, power rack and pull-up stand, resistance bands/tubes, focus mitts, boxing/MMA gloves, Thai pads and portable massage table & chair.
